winlh reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's license, or passport). Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the winlh Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. winlh employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, winlh reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit all balances and bonuses, and permanently ban the player from the Platform.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. winlh relies on the information you provide for identity verification, payment processing, and regulatory compliance purposes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winlh login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. winlh will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. winlh is required to conduct identity verification checks on all registered players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. You agree to cooperate fully with winlh's KYC process, which may include submitting copies of valid government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. winlh reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account functionality until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
winlh accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions on the winlh Platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). winlh does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by winlh and may vary by payment method. Current transaction limits are displayed within your winlh account dashboard at the time of transaction. winlh reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. winlh aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank's processing times. winlh is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
winlh is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of terrorism. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. winlh reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal and to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities in accordance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments.
winlh offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which are published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds credited to your winlh account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are fully met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn. winlh reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings if wagering requirements are not met within the specified time period.
winlh strictly prohibits the abuse of bonuses and promotions. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; using bonus funds in a manner designed to exploit low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements; colluding with other players to abuse promotional offers; and any other conduct that winlh, in its sole discretion, determines to constitute bonus abuse. winlh reserves the right to forfeit all bonus funds and associated winnings and to suspend or permanently close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
winlh reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, subject to the applicable wagering requirements remaining in force.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the winlh Platform without the prior written consent of winlh. Unauthorized use of winlh's intellectual property may result in legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, winlh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the winlh Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if winlh has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
winlh's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your winlh account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
winlh does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. winlh shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to internet connectivity beyond winlh's reasonable control.
winlh collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at winlh.net/privacy-policy. By registering on the winlh Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
winlh implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All data transmissions between your device and the winlh Platform are encrypted using 256-bit SSL technology.

You may close your winlh account at any time by contacting winlh customer support. Upon closure of your account, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the winlh Platform shall first be submitted to winlh's internal dispute resolution process. winlh will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and will endeavour to resolve it within fourteen (14) business days. Nothing in these Terms shall limit your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Philippine law, including the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394).
winlh reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, winlh will notify registered players via email or via an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or by a regulatory authority, in which case changes may take effect immediately.
Your continued use of the winlh Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.
